Farmer Spotlight

Down at the Farms, LLC represents over 100 top local food producers in Central Illinois, supplying chefs, grocers, individuals, institutions, and corporate kitchens. As a coalition of farms, nonprofits, corporations, and community organizations, they work to enhance the food landscape in Illinois. Their growers utilize chemical-free or certified organic practices, pastured livestock, and non-GMO seeds. Weekly deliveries to Chicago stores like Wild Onion Market and downstate restaurants, have helped to raise the profile of Central Illinois farms.
