Wild Onion Market and Sunny Akhigbe of the A Boy and His Dream Foundation are excited to present our FREE event, Nourish for Life: A Community Nutrition Talk on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Wild Onion Market in Rogers Park.

Sunny Akhigbe is the founder of A Boy and His Dream, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for underserved youth through education, mentorship, nutrition, and community support, both locally in Chicago and internationally in Nigeria. He will lead this informative session focused on practical, healthy eating habits and accessible nutrition strategies.

The session will focus on approaches to eating well within real-world constraints like cost, access, and time, tips for selecting wholesome foods on a budget, and ways families can improve their health through everyday food choices.

This event is free and open to the public. Attendees will have an opportunity to engage with Sunny, ask questions, and learn actionable insights for better nourishment and wellbeing.
