Homemade Mole Event
Last week, we hosted a hands-on mole cooking demonstration with El Molcajete’s Chef Ernesto Rodriguez, an Indigenous chef from Oaxaca. We explore dnative ingredients such as heirloom corn, cacao, pasilla, chilhuacle, and costeño chilies, along with wild herbs like epazote and hoja santa, and fresh seasonal produce. |
