Products Are Coming In
One way that coops help the environment is by reducing unnecessary packaging. Bulk bins for beans, grains and other products have arrived and are in place. We also have jars of bulk spices.
Local vendors have begun to drop off their first orders! So far we have Feed Your Head vegan meats and cheeses, Sweet Comb Chicago Honey, and Awe Sauce Hot Sauces have dropped off cases for our shelves with more to follow! Our main distributor will begin orders next week as staff start their first shifts.
