Gourd-geous Gourds

We caught Skelly basking in sunshine with the local gourds this morning, and he was looking GOURD-GEOUS! What’s he leaning on, you ask? Local spaghetti, winter koginut, winter honeynut, New England pie pumpkin, and green gooseneck gourds!

We dare you to try your hand at roasting these beauties…or are you scared?!

Chock-full of festive Fall favorites, this week we have an abundance of organic pomegranates, rutabaga (Saratoga Homestead), purple turnips and Bravo radishes (Knapp Family Farms). Mick Klüg Farms shared their harvest with us including apple cider, cranberries, and five different kinds of apples—honeycrisp, gala, pink lady, evercrisp, and fuji— that we’ve paired with some of our favorite cheeses!

As the cherry on top, we have more local bouquets from Bee Cool Honey Farm and rural Wisconsin-based maple syrup from Pittman Maple Farms!
