It’s Fermentor Friday! Are you in the middle of active fermentation projects? Working on a new formula? Fermenting for the first time or never fermented? Guess what? Let’s celebrate our work together! Bring samples, stories, suggestions and questions. Novice and seasoned fermentors are welcome.

Join us TODAY Nov. 6 from 6-8pm in the seating area near the cash registers!

Featured Local Ferments

While we’re on the topic of gut-healthy goods, we wanted to feature Vargo Brother Ferments, a local and Black-owned business dishing out unique spins on fermented classics. Their power kraut, pickles, and kimchi-style collard greens are sure to keep your gut microbiome happy and healthy!

Especially as we enter cold and flu season, eating fermented foods is a great way to keep your body full of healthy bacteria that can keep other bacteria at bay.
