Saucier co-founders Jen Hahn Axelsen and Paula Wyatt have been friends for over 35 years, having met in college. During the pandemic, they began selling their homemade soups and sauces from Jen’s front porch to their local network, an d the response was overwhelmingly positive. To preserve nutrients and flavor, they freeze all their products. “Wild Onion shares our views on real food, made locally, and we are so happy the store is finally open!”.
