Join us at Wild Onion Market for a special edition of our Fermentor Fridays: “Ancient Asian Ferments.” Whether you’re a curious novice or a microbial master, Fermentor Fridays is the perfect space to learn, support, and experience new techniques together. This May 15th, from 6-8 PM, we are honoring the deep history of Asian fermentation by diving into the world of Kimchi, Tempeh, Miso, Soy Sauce, and Koji. Come gather, share knowledge, and explore new flavors with your local community.
