Discover the traditions and techniques behind one of Korea’s most iconic fermented foods.
Kyung-yeon from Kimchi Just for Fun, is going to make a late summer water kimchi that everyone will get to jar and take home. The workshop will end with a simple Korean meal that pairs with the kimchi so folks will have the opportunity to try it right away with some food.
This may be a paid workshop, with discounted pricing available for Wild Onion Market owners. This workshop is limited to 15 attendees so register today before space runs out!
